I’ve washed these twice already and the pre-washed flax gets softer each time, which is exactly what I hoped for since I hate that stiff new-linen feel. They breathe beautifully at night, so I’m not waking up sweaty like I did with cotton. Definitely worth the upgrade for my sleep.

These pillowcases have that perfectly broken-in feel right out of the package, thanks to the pre-washing, and they’re noticeably cooler against my skin than cotton at night. I’ve washed them twice already and the fabric just gets softer, plus they still look crisp on the bed.
