That satin piping and the 2.5cm gusset give it that proper hotel look, and the micro-denier fill keeps its shape all night without going flat. The cotton cover is soft right out of the package, too.

The cotton cover feels nice, and the micro denier fill is soft enough, but the pillow flattened out more than I expected after a couple of weeks of use. It's fine for side sleeping if you fluff it up every night, just not the hotel-level support I was hoping for.
