The quilted stitching gives it that hotel-luxury feel while the pre-washed linen stays cool against my skin all night long. It’s held up beautifully after a few washes too, which is more than I can say for other shams I’ve tried.
The pre-washed flax is noticeably softer than my old cotton shams right out of the package, and the quilted texture gives the bed a relaxed, layered look that photographs beautifully. I've slept with these for a week now and haven't woken up sweaty once, which says a lot for a hot sleeper like me.
After two washes, these shams still feel like a dream against my skin—the pre-washed flax is somehow both crisp and impossibly soft. I love that they keep me cool through warm nights without that stiff, scratchy feeling you get from cheaper linen.
