The pocket is a lifesaver for keeping my keys and sunscreen from getting lost in the bottom of the bag. Washed it twice already after beach trips and it came out looking just as good, so the easy-clean claim holds up. Lightweight enough that I barely notice it's on my shoulder, even when it's stuffe
