Woke up without that annoying crinkle sound under the sheets for the first time in ages, and the diamond quilting actually keeps the filling from bunching up overnight. It’s got a nice bit of extra padding without feeling bulky, exactly what I was hoping for.
The microfibre surface feels much softer than my old cotton protector, and the extra filling actually cushions my shoulders when I sleep on my side. The quilting holds up after several washes without bunching up, which was my main worry when I bought it.
The diamond quilting keeps the padding from bunching up even after several washes, and the microfibre top feels a lot softer than my old protector. It adds just enough cushioning that I don't miss my old mattress topper, but it doesn't make the bed hot either.
